Hello there,
It's Vic they call me jaked....Just from being hyper & hi-strung ;) Well that aside this is a great site been on it for years SOLID info and advice so I figured I will joint up and learn some and share some, Been lifting for 20yrs
just about, got heavy at 18 (Not size just hooked) and made a job out of it..
Ya a nother trainner, made a good name for my self & the best part was making PPLS dreams come true when they hit there goal's, I had 3 major car accidents and was told that I would not be able to lift again...UMM I don't think so!!
This is my third come back, at my best I was 265 8% B/F never hit a stage ( Injury's ) So now I'm 270 Lbs 5'10 17% B/F my back is still sore & have a bum right shoulder, I just started swimming last week so here I go again, I will take pic's now and in 90 day's all post at the same time, I heald some good muscle over the passed two years ( 3rd accident Dec 18/08 )..But the depression got the worst out of me and my diet went to S^IT...
Well that's my life and will help on topics I know about I'm stright up no B/S
I don't know it all after 20 yrs I love learning & I'm sure I will on CBB...OHH I'm not tranning as a job anymore the last one took that away from me (Car accident) So this is for my self and the people that think they can't for any reason (not enough time, I have kids etc etc BLHA/BLHA/BLHA...Or I'm to OLD WHAT?? give your head a shake, fitness is a life choice and a way of life, you take it as you want, I mean Bulk up or just stay fit!! Personal choice , we all have one body and if I can make it back even just to start swimming, thats were I'm at and see were I can get to again.... That's my 2 cents....
