I'll make it short and sweet.
1. Will using creatine enable me to workout twice a day? e.g. chest/tri's in the morning, legs/calves at night, bi's/abs the next day, day 3 = chest/tri's and lower body, etc?
2. I've been taught to cycle creatine. On another forum, I was made fun of for cycling it. Should I? Why/why not?
3. Is Glutamine/L-Glutamine worth investing in? my goal is to cut the healing time as much as I can.
4. What is maltodextrin?
5. Aside from creatine and glutamine, is there another supplement I can buy to cut down healing time?
6. Come October, I'm going to start bulking. My goal is 20 pounds in 1 month. Should I warm-up with a 10-minute cardio before I workout or will this negate the purpose of bulking?
7. How often should I do drop-sets? (e.g. 100 pounds 8 times, 90 pounds 8 times, 80 pounds 8 times)
8. How often should I do forced reps with a partner?
9. What's an exercise I can do to work lower chest? The gym I'm at doesn't have a bench that can be tilted at an angle.
10. What's a reliable weight-gainers that doesn't have soy lecithin in it?

I'll make it short and sweet.
1. Will using creatine enable me to workout twice a day? e.g. chest/tri's in the morning, legs/calves at night, bi's/abs the next day, day 3 = chest/tri's and lower body, etc?No, it will aid in recovery but you should not train 2 times a day
2. I've been taught to cycle creatine. On another forum, I was made fun of for cycling it. Should I? Why/why not? after months of continual use i find 1-2 weeks off helps me clean out and get back on for more.
3. Is Glutamine/L-Glutamine worth investing in? my goal is to cut the healing time as much as I can. Its decent but find BCAAs to be better.
4. What is maltodextrin? A high glyemic carb best suited for use within 30 mins post workout. It helps shuttle nutrients into muscles by causing an insulin spike.
5. Aside from creatine and glutamine, is there another supplement I can buy to cut down healing time? Not really.
6. Come October, I'm going to start bulking. My goal is 20 pounds in 1 month. Should I warm-up with a 10-minute cardio before I workout or will this negate the purpose of bulking? Is this a joke bud. 20 lbs in 1 month natural. Dont be ****ing silly.
7. How often should I do drop-sets? (e.g. 100 pounds 8 times, 90 pounds 8 times, 80 pounds 8 times) Only when needed on a lagging bodypart. Dont overuse drop sets or you will overtrain.
8. How often should I do forced reps with a partner? Same as drop sets and any other intensity increasing technique. Only use it as needed and do overdo it.
9. What's an exercise I can do to work lower chest? The gym I'm at doesn't have a bench that can be tilted at an angle. Biomechanically as Natenator stated the chest contracts all at once but to specific stress the lower you could try dips x 4 sets, and decline bench.
10. What's a reliable weight-gainers that doesn't have soy lecithin in it?[[B]Stay away from weight gainers its all shit cals, bad carbs etc. Take a protein iso and eat your carbs dont be lazy.

I gained 7 pounds in 2 weeks from weight gainers shakes... Healthy? No. But it worked.

I used to be against weight gainers because it's literally like drinking cake batter, but I've had nothing but positive results so far. No matter how much carbs I take in, I won't gain weight, but the added 1,000 cal/165g carbs really helps.
Just out of curiosity, what kind of supplements do you use and how often do you workout?

I'll agree except for the part about not being able to gain 20lbs in a month naturally. If you are just starting out and you can't gain 20lbs in a month then you really aren't trying.

Or are we talking any weight here? I might be able to pack on 20lbs of fat/water in a month if I REALLY tried.....

Total body weight. Although a good portion should be muscle.
When a person starts out in the gym their body is prime for putting on muscle, too many people are so focused on chicken breast and brown rice instead of lifting big and eating big that they never actually realise what they are capable of.
