We have a Shaw bundle; phone/internet and tv. Haven't had any trouble with them.

You can get Cogeco. They do not have cell service but you can get that through any carrier.

rogers hands down has the worst service....... I cant believe how many dropped calls I have...... the only thing keeping me with them is my plan

free incoming calls
unlimited daytime minutes
weekend and evenings free
unlimited text
6 GB data
1000 long distance mins for $5
call display, name display, voicemail and ringbacks

Total cost of plan $64

im soon switching to Telus or something. i had bell for a while and now i got a package where i can call a list of the 10 people i choose anytime i want but at the end of the month i get a bill for like $900 and im charged for every call i made to the people on my list. i call bell spend about 2 hours on the phone with them then they finally drop the charges, and they say it wont happen again but then it happens the following month, its so annoying.

Put it this way... it's pointless... have of them have no idea what they are doing...nor can understand them on the phone.

Nah Bell wins for the worst bar none.

Everytime I have a problem I end up talking with 5 different people from another country who don't speak English very well and can't help me with anything because a)they don't understand what the **** I'm saying and b)they don't know what the **** is going on, they are just reading the online manual they have been given.

Even before they shipped all their customer service over sea's I have never been satisfied with any call I have ever made to them. They never take less than 20 minutes and always leave me frustrated and wanting to skull **** someone.

My internet and home phone are still bell because when my girlfriend phoned them to cancel it while I wasn't home they convinced her to sign on for another year by offering her a sweet deal, but if I had anything to do with it I would rather string up a bunch of cans then have to deal with their shit.

You missed a few things C) you spend talking on the phone for what 45 minutes and then they transfer you over to someone else, and you get hung up on. Then your back to square one having to explain everything all over again. Then that's when you just want to reach through that phone line and strangle someone. A literally said, what are you guys facking idiots... seriously are you? You have to be the most idiotic facking company I have ever talked to. Ended up putting written complaint in. like that would have done anything anyways, but made me feel a tad better.

Start your own telephone company. That way you'll get the best customer service by firing the ones that suck at it.

Well I have two cell phones that need switching over at the same time. All in which we don't use much unless it's required and we don't make to many long distance phones calls from home...boils down to principal at this point in time. Bell does not deserve my $$ anymore.

d) Spend 5 minutes trying to navigate through that automated Emily bitch, 10 minutes on hold waiting to speak to a representative,15 minutes trying to explain your problem to someone who barely understands English then once they finally understand what your problem is they tell you that there department doesn't handle that. They transfer you to the proper department without forwarding any information so you get to spend another 15 minutes explaining your issue. This cycle should repeat at least a couple times before you decide to just to to the library and use their WIFI. Home internet is over rated anyways.

Or, this is probably my favorite.
e)After getting good and frustrated by following step d trying to get your internet working again, the man on the phone informs you of their online assistance. Are you ****ing kidding me? I'm calling your incompetent ass because my internet isn't working and you direct me to your website? Can you repeat that for me one more time? Its not that I didn't hear you, its just that I can't believe you actually said something so stupid.....

They are all like that. The best way is to look up some forums like redflagdeals and find some retention deals. Then call them and say you are thinking about cancelling, don't give up till you get the deal you want that makes all their crap worth it.
