Hey guys/girls - lookinf for opinions on what works for you to really get the definition in the center of your chest . Knowing there are only two major muscle groups for your chest , but im looking for advise on what seems to work the center of your chest the best !:hu:hu

x 2 on flat bench DB flies.

I got an idea for you. Do some research on FST-7 training. It is extremely simple but its what ive used to bring up some lagging bodyparts. Doing your normal chest workout and finishing off your chest by doing flat bench DB flyes x 7 sets would pump that area insane.

hahaah ya I hear the same with the good life trainers and they must be right with all that education and cpr training they have LOL

You either need more muscle or lose the fat...either will help you achieve "the look" you're after.
