it's well known that is t3 eats muscle as well as fat, and that aas should be used to combat the muscle loss, but my question is......

if there is an abundance of fat, is the muscle loss still as dramatic as if there was only that last 3-4% of fat to lose?

Diet and cardio are best for fat loss....yeah I know.

If there's an abundance of fat, you shouldn't be taking t3 imo.

It depends greatly on your diet...you dont necessarily start to lose muscle just because you take T3....that is incorrect.

abundance is a relative term lol... with calipers, sitting at 12-14% for 6' and 245lbs. so looking for a leaner look. diet and cardio have been adjusted.
