Interesting read. I'm surprised the average bench for someone my age is so high at 180lbs. It's sad but I don't see many people benching that much at my gym.

Not sure how you read that but I meant it was sad that the average man can do one chinup and a relatively untrained woman can do one chinup. I am proud of my girl, she already surprised me.
