gotta start hittin the cardio huge.... fack
whats a good cardio session ? 20 mins a workout day? up to around 208 right now wanna chizle down a bit , lose some weight on my face
also reccomended eating... i eat pretty clean, whole wheat rice, bread, eggs, lean meat - chicken/fish ...
here's a pic, lemme know what I can improve on...i dont take anything just glutamine
