Has anyone dealt with an issue involving the sacroiliac joint...any comments, suggestions, ect?
I'm going to a Chiropractor on Monday.
I was squatting and felt a slight pain, but I immediately did a form check and correction and continued with my set and then two more sets, setting a new PB. A few minutes later I was stabbed with a searing pain when I bent over to pick up a plate. That was it...game over.
The pain is in the tailbone area but deeper inside and occasionally in the buttock area. The pain ranges from nothing in certain positions, to intense and sudden in others. The kind of sudden pain that causes me to cease all movement and make weird uncontrolled noises interspersed with profanity.
