Iv been eating this for 7 days now, id like advice, i am wondering if i eat enough fiber and vitamines. I am just starting a pct right now, so i am trying to keep calories high enough but not too high. I will do macro nutriment breakdown a bit later today, but i am mostly concerned about vitamines and fiber since i dont eat grain or dairy.

6am
5 eggs
1 apple
2 cups of boiled sweet potato
2 tbs of almond butter
fresh ginger + cinnamon stick in green tea
1 tps of unpasteurized honey
3 cups of lychee juice
2g of Omega3 Fish Oil Gelcaps

10am
2 cups of cooked basmati rice
4oz of chicken
3oz homemade sauce (low sodium soy sauce+ 1oz fresh ginger + 1oz coconut oil)

12pm
2 cups of cooked basmati rice
4oz of chicken
3oz homemade sauce (low sodium soy sauce+1oz fresh ginger + 1oz coconut oil)
10-15 almonds

GYM

2pm
Protein shake (50g of beef protein isolate + 20g of maltodextrin)

3pm
2 cups of boiled sweet potato
7oz red meat, lean cut
7oz of mixed fried in coconut oil vegetable
2g of Omega3 Fish Oil Gelcaps

6pm
2 cups of boiled sweet potato
10oz of basa white fish with lemon juice & fresh dill
7oz steamed broccoli
1 tbs of olive oil
¼ tps of sea salt

10pm
4oz red meat, lean cut
2 tbs of peanut butter
1 tbs of olive oil
2g of Omega3 Fish Oil Gelcaps

proteins are kinda low ?

I'd try to have approx*. 8oz of meat, not 4

first and last meal are high in fats imo

I thought it was good to start to day with a lot of fat to feel full, and finish it so you dont catabolize all night

i am 5'4 170lbs 11%
