So as my intro post stated, I'm getting back into some serious lifting again, and would like to put on some size. I think I've got the exercises down, nutrition too but could you some help on choosing some basic supplements.
I'm thinking of the following;
Good whey protein powder
Good multi vits/pack
Glutamine
Creatine monhydrate
BCAA's
Is there anything else I'm missing here that I should include?
This truesupplements place looks pretty good(?)
Any recommendations on a good multi vit/min pack?
Is L-Glutamine still the best way to go? I've used it in the past and like it.
BCAA's... Should I take both extra BCAA's & EAA's?
I've searched a few pages back, and haven't seen anything quite like this post. Hopefully I can get some vets here to sound off on some recommendations as well as some stuff to "try" now and then like test boosters.
Thanks!

To get your Creatine and BCAA's you could look at SizeOn Maximum Performance.
I also like Ultimate Nutrition's Whey Powders. Easy to mix, taste is 8/10. Iso Mass Gainer is what I have used for a few weeks now.
Glutamine. Just buy the crystal power and mix it in with water or your shakes.
And lastly any multi vit will do. Go to a sup shop and have a look around for mens vits.

Thanks. I was wondering if anyone would reply. I'll have to check out that Sizeon stuff. Just wondering if there was (is) a cheaper alternative.
Hey Cadillac,
You got the basic supps lined up.
Truesupplements is a really good place to buy. I just recently started purchasing from them. Good prices, quality products and they also have good customer service.
Get some 4:1:1 BCAA's from them, really good price. Also 100% Whey Isolates Chocolate and Chocolate Peanut Butter are awesome.

Ha ha you beat me to it. I was going to suggest TrueSupplements (click on the banner on the home page). They will sell you the raws for creatine, BCAA...etc. If you wanted flavoring you could add some yourself or just purchase a pre-mix from Physique (Fitness ETC banner on top of the page) - I'm sure he sells XTend from Scivation for BCAAs (or PVL just came out with a replacement for Xtendavol that looks good). Creatine look for Crea-Pure. Don't bother with Glutamine.

I always thought a good protein powder would have enough BCAA and Glutamine, you wouldn;t have to by any extra
My personal preference is 5-10g BCAA and 5-10g Glutamine and I have yet to see a good protein powder with those numbers...

What about vitamins? Is the Animal Pack stuff any good? I've been taking regular multi-vits, but I think I should be taking something more. Especially something for joint help etc.

regular multi-vs wont do much for you if your seriously working out 4-5 times a week. animal pak is good qualtiy if you dont mind taking 20 pills a day, theres 9 in each pak or something
