One of the biggest problems with the program you currently follow is likely that it is just a list of exercises with sets and reps assigned.

What's missing is how to prepare for those exercises and/or fix any technique issues you may have so that you can obtain maximum results.

Watch this FREE seven minute video that will explain EXACTLY how you can prepare for your workouts and identify and address any limitations you may have when it comes to squatting.

The exercises you'll learn will help you to:
1. Squat deeper - and with safe technique
2. Avoid hip flexor, hamstrings, groin, and calf strains
3. Protect your lower back and knees
4. Bridge the gap between rest and exercise with a little variety
5. Move more "free and easy" than ever before

I haven't started doing it yet. I just found this today . I did try a few just to see how it felt and holy **** are my hips tight.

I will be doing this before I squat from now on and see how it works. But I know that my hips are a very big problem with my squat right now so I think this will help losen them up quite a bit.

EC know his rehab stuff !

I would say that about this. I put this in the warmup class( dynamic not static )

yeah i guess in a sence much of the movements are just warming up the joint and not holding it in a position to stretch them
