I loled when he had to deadlift the weight he was going to "curl" up onto the preacher bench.... or is that just a giant weighted elbow rest?

What, straps for db curls??
Seems to me like this man doesn't understand the point of "seated" db curls.. lol
I was waiting for that guy to smash himself in the leg and break his knee.... almost did so many times too!

At least that guy has some muscle, and actually moved the weight more then a quarter inch.
