Been working out for years and just dont do legs,i have seen the light and will start doing them.I eat well so my legs have decent size to start with.So i was thinking either

1- sitting calf raises.squats,hack squats,leg extensions,leg curls,leg press 4x10 sets

or

2- hack squats,leg extension,leg curl,calf raises 4x10 sets.

Do i have enough to start with a good fundation? do i need more calf or quad exercises?
