Hey guys,

long story short, i've got a bulging disc in my back from last year and it's really been incredibly painful, and yes i do go to chiro etc... but a friend recommended i try an inversion table.

has anyone used one? any stories, either positive or negative?

thanks
TC

I quite liked the one I used in a prior gym. Helped alot for stretching. I have heard of people with bad back problems and they had good success with the boards.
