Obviously the cop should be arrested for wrongly tasering someone and placing him under arrest unless thats a law in that state.

Yeah, i would like to no what happened with the cop.
There was no need to tazer the guy. From the way the cop handled the situation I got the feeling the cop was looking for a fight.
