it started in the left wrist fisrt and now the right one too is starting to hurt, it feels like electric shock.

Buddy of mine took m1t and hurt his wrist curling and had to wear a brace for months after. But it's his own fault for trying to curl a person instead of weights and has nothing to do with the m1t :)
