ive used gaba in the past.. not for a few years now... from what i remember i took 2 or 3 grams pre workout and 2 or 3 grams befor bed...
I noticed better induance during workouts, and definatly had better sleeps... also i believe that it helped promote some fat loss...
Some side effects i noticed as well as a few buddys of mine noticed is that your finger tips and toes will feel tingly, and a shortness of breath after taking the gaba..
A buddy of mine who was taking it also... had asked his doc... if taking 6gms of gaba was going to neg effect him, and his doctor couldnt see why it would... so personally i would recommend it
It is said to increase natural GH levels when consuming 3 to 5 grams... that was my reasoning for using it...

Add it in before a show to help sleep quality and supposedly some GH stimulating effects. Nothing amazing but did work well and had some deeper sleeps.

For some reason i didn't find i built a tolerance to it at all even after 4-6months of continuous use. I didn't find a dependence to it as getting to sleep was just as hard but the actual sleep quality was more refreshing. In the way of negative side effects id say i experienced no side effects at all i consciously noticed.

Hmmm Interesting !
I just ordered some. I'll give it a try for a month combined with ZMA 30min. before bed time.

Mine was mixed with niacin so it gave me a niacin flush which was pretty annoying. Sometimes I woke up with a headache, sometimes I felt amazing... I didn't finish the 500g I bought. A more effective way to get a better deep sleep/recovery is the classic no bright lights/stimulants etc. That ALWAYS works for me unlike most supplements which can be a one off deal.

GABA Estimated 3-5mg (teaspoon) combined with ZMA 30 minutes before bed time.
After 5 days:
No real impact as far as sleep quality. Haven't noticed a single change. I did get tingly and extremely warm a few minutes after the 1st dose, but besides that: NOTHING...

when I use it, I find it help me relax and get a better sleep. I would randomly find I would wake up early fully rested. Then struggle to fall back asleep.

I would start with 500mg, then add 500mg every 2-3 days till up to 2-3 grams.

I have been using True Supplements GABA. The price is on point.
