This is just being an idiot and waiting to get hurt. He should put on a plate there (something he CAN do) and do a few proper reps with that. Stupidity like this is simply not needed in the gym :-).

Anybody remember that guy from India who generated a fair bit of hype years back apparently moving 10,000 lbs or so?Positioned at just below the height you would stand with the weight on your shoulders for a squat,he would wedge his body into place and move it a very small amount.:)

1) Yes, his head is pea sized which doesn't surprise me.. I mean, he weights a full 165 pounds, all natural.. this will make your head look small, no matter what.

2)This is a personal trainer?? he is worse than any boozo (or whover you spell this) ball trainer or whatever i have seen.. i rather have my bro trained standing one legged on a wobble ball than even coming close to this guy..

3) Cant believe this guy has not broken every bone in his body lifting. ever wonder what his deadlift or squat looks like?? oh wait, he probably doestn do them .. being 165 pounds..

4) Anybody spent some time reading the comments?? freakin funny, lol

Looked like 3 failed lift attempts with increasing weight?... aren't you supposed to reduce weight or try another attempt at same weight after failing a lift?

I watched it without sound, not sure if I missed something.
