Whats up?

Are you guys going out of business or something? The chocolate was going to be in stock in about a week... 2 weeks ago, now the chocolate peanut butter is gone too. Every time I check your site you have less and less stuff left. It's starting to feel like a well picked through clearance rack.

I enjoyed the protein powder I ordered from you guys, but between waiting for multi's and then chocolate to be in stock I completely ran dry and had to buy some local and then order through another company.

Wow, Genetech (Nutropin) is a 5 min drive from their facilities. Maybe they are busy building a tunnel? Or at Gandolfo's deli?

I just received an order last week from them with no problems whatsoever. I'm one of the rare few who live without chocolate-flavoured protein, so I was able to manage just fine in the current condition. I think the biggest issue with the whey is that it comes in big shipments from NZ, so it's difficult for them to control stock during busier periods and such that are unusually busy... dunno.

In this business (in the raw product manufacturing) there are lead times needed to put together an order. So everytime you order you need to predict sales ahead of time. If there's a sudden influx of sales then predictions are thrown off and wait times occur for certain products that sell out. I know that TS is well and fine and adjusting to growth in their business. Best advice i can give them...just buy extra choc next time lol.
I'm still getting my stuff from them though!:D

We are not going out of business, and yes we sometimes run into stocking issues and this is because we are growing at substantial rates and scaling is somewhat an issue with newer companies. For example, when we have extremely large orders out of nowhere it sometimes drains our stock levels which then causes us to run out of stock.

As far as the multi's and creapure, the companies we purchase these products from are giving us problems with lead times and such, so until this can be sorted out we are considering to stop stocking these items until this is no longer an issue.

We do apologize for the stocking issues we are having as of late, however, it is not because we are going out of business, but because we are picking up more and more.

We're expecting this to be a thing of the past after this last flavoring shortage as we've been working closing with a few of our suppliers to come to an arrangement to prevent this from happening in the future.

I wasn't sure what the deal was because you guys have been pretty quiet and I have noticed that customer communication is usually the first thing to go with dying companies (or thats what kills them, not sure).

I hope your able to figure out the supply issues and get everything running smoothly as I prefer to support Canadian companies and enjoyed the products I ordered from you guys in the past.
