Forever

Hello everyone, I'm a long time lurker who has been posting for a few weeks and figure I'm overdue for an introduction.
My names Chris and I'm from Kingston :ht
I'm a FFB who found my salvation in the gym and I have been lifting for four years. I spent the first year of training cutting from 260lbs down to 165, but at 6'3" I pretty much looked like a hungry crack head. The next year I spent adding about 20lbs, then two years in college lifting hard but eating pretty shitty throughout the school year and half ass cutting in the summer left me at a pudgy 210lbs. I am now nearing the end of a serious cut, currently 186lbs, hoping to finish it up at the end of this month at 185lbs once I replenish carbs and the leanest I have been in my life.
My main goal is to build mass but I lift heavy because "have you ever seen a guy who could bench 400lbs with a little girl chest?". I don't remember where I heard that but it sounded right. Also I just like pushing/pulling heavy things around.
I don't plan on competing in bodybuilding as a sport, but my lifting and diet are a pretty dedicated way of life for me now. Bodybuilders are the masters of controlling body composition, I have learned a lot from you guys and I hope to learn a lot more!
So is anyone else on here from Kingston?
