Hey guys my girlfriend is bugging me to get her a "boost" as she calls it for her training. She eats clean and hits the gym hard but is having trouble losing about 3-5lbs of stubborn fat around her waist. Shes trying to get in the best shape possible and is possibly going to start competing in figure. In the past shes tried a few of the burners available at the supp stores but they dont seem to do much for her she says. So I'm looking for opinions here from you guys perhaps clen, allbuterol i dont know!? I dont have any experience using any supplements like this so all feedback is appreciated

I am guessing that her diet needs slight improvement. Just simply eating clean may not do the trick. Eating the RIGHT clean foods it probably what she needs to do. Also, if you care about her, do not reccomend clenbuterol!
try 600 mg of fenugreek before every meal, body fat around her waist will go down with clean eating and her breasts will firm up drastically. win win for both of you
Sounds like her diet needs tweaking.
Can you provide her stats, how long she's been training and dieting, lay out her diet details, etc?

yohimbe antagonizes fat in your stomach area im pretty sure... as well carnitine is awsome for using up fat as energy.. probably alot safer then clen bro especially if she is new to the game... keep it simple no need to take huge steps right away if shes not even competing yet

exactly what I said.
Why use supps when the diet needs changing first? When you know your diet can not possibly be any better, then use a supp etc. Like I said before, simply eating clean is not enough.

And some of us competitors have never even touched clen. I haven't used anything stronger than ephedrine HCL for a 'fat burner.' It's all diet (and a damn good prep guy) :)

ok..diet usually consists of
breakfast - shredded wheat skim milk
snack - shake 30g protein
lunch - chicken breast, brown rice or potato steamed veggie
snack - yogurt with fresh fruit berries etc.
dinner - chicken or beef lean steak rice or potato steamed veggie
snack - shake 30g protein
pretty vague diet i know but shes not overeating and the diet is good imo short of cutting all carbs i dont kow what else to do to help her out.....the clen was just a question as i really have no clue ive never used a single fat burner just ephies for energy the odd time....thanks for the replies!

try dropping that last carb from her last meal . thers alot of carbs in her diet for getting to lowest possible bf. you could also swap that yogurt fruit snack make it a protein veggie meal, or shake with flax oil
