My big concern is (whether I take accutane or not) that I will develop more post cycle acne that remains 9 months after the cycle again. Does my selection of compounds below seem okay for preventing this??

Fourth cycle - goal: improve strength, size and energy. Not in a big rush to get huge, so I'm planning a long, low-dose cycle.

Week 1-20 500mg test-c EW (divided into two shots)
Week 22-25 Nolva 40/40/20/20/
Week 5-20, 23-25 aromasin (as required)
Week 1-26 accutane 80mg/ed (as prescribed)**

I am gyno and bloat prone and require an AI (even at 500 T per week).

I have used clomid in the past and hCG and worry that both these compounds have created my acne problem - this will be first time with nolva. Also, I've run big cycles before 1g or so per week and I don't want to be shut down so much.

** I have completed one 6 month cycle of accutane and will most likely be running the second prescribed cycle concurrently with the gear.

I had post cycle acne the first time around, and Apple Cider Vinagar was the solution.

Tried every OTC medication there is, and they did help a bit but APV worked wonders for me.... Can't say it enough..... try it.

Tanning works wonders for reducing / eliminating acne. Even huge cystolic acne can be helped by tanning 1-2 times a week.

Bro, the only thing that works is accutane. Second choice is a good AI (aromasin) and a good antibiotic (minocyclin). I've done the work and trust me, my advice will come back as true. A panoxyl cleansing bar will help as well. If you're a sissy about accutane then get that ****ing AI going and it'll make a big difference.

Accutane should be your last resort. Try Clavulin 875-125mg one tablet twice daily...it should clear up all acne in a few days.

Week 1-20 500mg test-c EW (divided into two shots)

The biggest difference will be in how you do these shots, i strongly suggest e3d, NOT a tues-fri sched. This will significantly lower ur acne sides if you're prone to them.

How much APV do you take? I'm guessing you mean the capsules? Do you take like 3 in the am and 3 pm?

I have already done 6 months of accutane through doc, and will probably have to do a second round (prescribed) concurrently with this cycle. However accutane and PCT will end at the same time, so minocyclin if I have a problem again.

I might do E3D instead. However, acne has never been a problem while on - it starts about 2 weeks after PCT.

Cycle looks good meaning no compounds are huge on causing acne and dosages are good but maybe like the others are saying its not the cycle but how u deal with the breakouts. I find acne no matter what i take is going to happen so the way i get rid of it (tanning, benzol peroxide soap, spectro jel, etc) is more important to look at.

I think you're doing everything possible on the hormone side of the equation to reduce your chances of acne. I've had nasty acne flare-ups on/at the end of a test only cycle in the past but I find a couple things help:
-spreading the test over 2 or 3 injections/week means a more constant level of test and the compounds it converts to
-tappering off test over a 6 wk period, post-cycle acne could be related to your own natural test production ramping up, sorta like going through puberty again so if you can make this ramping up a little less sudden you might have better luck
-the accutane should lower sebum production, others have offered was to control the acne-causing bacteria, the one other thing to consider might be a dht inhibitor like proscar...i've never used it but some have found it useful in reducing acne

-finally if you're prone to acne you'll never be clear-skinned on/after cycle, you can only really hope to reduce the acne from 'oh my god that's disgusting' to mildly annoying

Good hygiene is important, also staying away from greasy foods helps, APV 3 caps 3 times a day helped me, any less and it did nothign for me. I use the neutragena acne body wash, and night cream.

Just be careful of Accutane.

Recently it has been linked to some real bad sides, and even pulled off some markets. I saw it in the news again 2 weeks ago.

I have been taking the APV capsules ( actually more like a pill than a cap ) Jamiesons brand...... The bottle recommends 2 pills, 2 or 3x a day with food.... I also find that if you drop below 4 per day it will flare up again. I'm not really on a schedule for taking it, just kinda try to space it out.
Its worth a try, its fairly cheap and for me it really works.

I was thinking about Acutane as well, but after speaking to my Doctor I decided that it would be the LAST resort...... Nasty, nasty sides including birth defects from MEN taking it...... regular blood work too, its absolute poison on the liver....... Acutane scares me, AAS doesn't.......

Ive posted this before so people should really do a search on acne prior to posting the same question...however because I am no longer dieting I feel a bit more agreeable ;o) read it and clear your skin without having to resort to Accutane.

1. keep skin clean...shower morning, after gym, and before bed
2. change bed linens and pillow case weekly
3. use clear 100% pure soap, no dove, no shower gel crap ..just good ol plain soap...Ivory is the best
4. use benzyl peroxide gel after your skin has been washed and dried...Benzagel is the best
5. avoid any foods with white flour or white sugar ie glucose, HFC, etc they cause inflammation big time
6. take 4-5g timed release pantothenic acid (B5) twice daily
7. use a tanning bed once weekly...use medium setting you dont want to irritate the skin just have the UV rays kill the bacteria
8. keep your skin moist and supple...immediately after showering when you are still wet rub baby oil all over and massage it in well...the towel off...most will come off and you will be left with dry moist skin but without the oily or greasy feel of skin moisturizers...trust me this works wonders and will not cause breakouts....i was always afraid of moisturizers for that reason...no issues
9. keep your hands off your face while training...use a towel...your hands are chalk full of bacteria...not only will you get acne but you may catch a cold or flu virus
10. Use Clavulin (875/125mg Amox TR/Potassium Clavulanate) an oral antibiotic to clear skin up and maintain clear skin...it works dramatically in a few days at a dose of 875/125 twice daily...maintenance at once per day...ask your Dr he should have no issue prescribing it

P: if you are pre-contest how far out from the contest would you drop the antibiotic, or would you? I'm thinking it would cause some water retention...i guess i'd ask the same about the b5, do you continue it's use right up to a contest?
