Hey everyone,

I had been at the "other" bb site for 4 years and decided its time for a change.

My name is Brian, 38 years old. Started on the journey at 357 pounds. I am currently at 296. I would like to eventually get down so that I can see muscle and whop knows one day, might get up on stage.

Hope to make some friends and get some advice along the way.

Well, I am 6'2". My workout and diet has suffered the past month, but when I was doing it regularly I was on a 4 day split with 6 days of cardio. My diet was high protein low carb. I definitely have to get back into the swing of things, just with a lot of emotional crap happening this past month, I haven't really had the energy or motivation to get anything done. Thankfully I have yet to gain any of my weight back this month, yet.

I seriously started lifting early 2008 so it's been 2 1/2 years to lose that 61 pounds.

Right now I am going through emotional crap so I am off of it. Later this week I will start up a blog/journal and will post all in there! :D

Welcome, the best advice i can give you is be consistent. If you fall off the boat for one meal, don't let it turn into the whole day, just get back on the plan. Consistent eating and consistent training makes a big difference in your results.

Thank you Delt King. I have been off of everything for about a month since I lost my job and my depression really hit me hard. But I am ready to get back into it and first lose the loads of fat I have on me, then put some lean muscle on.
