Hey girls, (and guys if you're reading our stuff), I'm 3 weeks out from my next show, and I'll be competing in the Fitness Model and Bikini Model categories, body-building lite, lol.
I have been eating according to schedule, the typical 6 meals a day that we all do (though I'm on 6 T of good fat and 5 1/4 c starch servings per day), and lift as heavy as I can (hack squat 270 for vmo and BB squat 90), and have only gained about 2 pounds since my first show, (sorry, sad but true, and I think I work out pretty hard for a 5'2", 112 lb woman). I'm always what my coach calls, "show ready", even with all the extra re-feeds that I do, and this being my case, the question is:
what are some intelligent ways to dial in for the show without losing my hard won muscle? I really only want to drier but keep the muscles as full as I can...drop sets? carb or fat changes? a short dial in????
Any advice especially if you're like me, would be so greatly appreciated.

Listen to what your coach tells you. To much advice from too many people may hurt you in the end. You pay good money for a trainer so listen to them.
