Hi all. Today I am making a huge effort to maintain the muscle and drop the fat. I have started this log in hopes of maybe getting some feedback and to make myself accountable. Gonna be a journey of months I'm sure. Anyway, stats are 5'8, 236 lbs., 23% bodyfat.

Aug. 30/10-Nutrition

Meal 1-3 whole eggs/6 egg whites/20 almonds+2 multi vitamins/2000 mg. vitamin c/ 2 g. omega-3/ 200 mg. magnesium/5000 i.u vitamin D
Meal 2-(post workout)-45 g. whey isolate/1 pear+200 mg. magnesium
Meal 3-2 c. tuna/2 tbsp. olive oil+2000 mg. vitamin c/2 g. omega-3
Meal 4-45 g. egg protien shake
Meal 5-200 g. extra lean ground beef/1 head of broccoli, 20 cherry tomatoes
Meal 6-45 g. egg protien shake
Meal 7-1 c. tuna/1 avocado
Meal 8-25 g. protien shake (egg)/ 20 olives

60 g. BCAA's sipped throughout the entire day

Training

Chest/Triceps

Weighted dips-3x4-6
Incline press-2x4-6
Dumbell flye-2x4-6
Close grip bench press-3x4-6
Lying triceps extensions-2x4-6
Triceps pushdowns-2x4-6

Cardio (afternoon)-2.5 km wheelbarrow carry for time
