I know it's been something that has been out there for a while, discussed in the past too, but I know people's opinions change over time, Im trying to decide on a fall bulker right now.
I'm deciding between:
750mg test enanthate and 600mg eq per a week
or
750mg test enanthate and 450mg deca per a week
What is your personal preference and why?
I've ran both in the past, but mostly eq lately, it's been a couple years or more since I've done deca, it was only 300mg a week, I remember it did help joints a lot.
Oh and my stats, I've been training for about 10 years now, 6'1" 252lbs, I do not know my bf%, I wear 36inch pants if that gives an idea.
