For the last 10 years, there has been a company in BC (Abbotsford) that is producing Raw Protein in bulk, and selling it to Larger Suppliment Companies to create what most of us see in the strores....They do sell to consumers, but you have to buy a 50LB bag.

My question-

I've always wanted to try it, and was wondering if anyone has experience with their prods...
namely, the Inpro 90.
It's a raw...clean Isolate with no flavour...

Here is the website, and the data on their Inpro 90:

Last time I tried them, I e-mailed several times. Didn't get an answer until I e-mailed their main corporation in the U.S, they then had the Canadian agent contact me. I asked about ordering, was bluntly asked what company I owned, replied I didn't have a company and was looking for a personal supply, and was then completely ignored. Never bothered to contact them again.

I bought a bag of the Inpro 90 before...about 7-8 years ago....not sure what they are charging for it now but back then it was like $250.00 for the Inpro 90....They actually have a office here in Toronto as well....I split the bag with a buddy of mine.... Protien is plain and has no added flavor.....but that doesn't mean that it is tasteless... It defently has a taste....It tastes okay at first but I found it very hard to get down after a while..just the smell of it made me cringe.....I used to flavor the protien with crystal light or sugar free jello....it is defintly a good buy but you will have that protien kicking around for a long time unless you drink a TON of shakes!

Last time I ordered, the agg 80 was like $240 and the agg 90 was $400, all before shipping. That was a few years ago now.

companies like this should not be selling to the end-consumer.

why not?
they're undercutting those they sell to who make a finished product. Eg: true protein and other retailers of protein supplements

In a way yes but if you think about it not really. They are not going out and trying to sell there protien to the general public. If you call them and inquire about there protien they will sell you some but they do not advertise or try to take any business away from there accounts..

they should advise you on some retailers where you can purchase from then.

There are 2 bulk protein providers on the site. The prices are pretty good.

Competition is the basis for practically all discussion about business.
If some want to base it on moral judgment, let it be known that I for one will give my business to whomever is cheaper if the products and service are equal.

I do also understand the importance of our sponsors to receive proper acknowledgment for their endorsements. However... If they pay for a banner on the website, I would hope that doesn't mean I'm expected to not think logically, and pay more for supplements.

No, that is not the issue. The issue is if I let threads go, then you'll see a thread like,

Found Super pump at best price, go here.

Where can I get the cheapest Gaspari Protein
Reply's
This website ....
Or this website ... (which is usually one of theirs)
Or this one ...

Then come in the guys pushing their own sites orchestrating a discussion thread using some friends and different IP's to plug their site. The more advanced manipulators tend to plug large sites and slip their sites in between them knowing they have some decent pricing to compete on said products (but maybe not the rest).

Of course this thread is not the case but I am diligent in watching this kind of stuff. If cheapest is what you want, a search for a short period of time on google will certainly return results on what you are looking for. If I were running a store on the site itself, I wouldn't allow any threads about other stores. I would figure bb.com would censor out stores links. They are not in the business of driving customers to other sites if they sell products on their site. If I'd have no sponsors and no store, I would still limit that kind of discussion because of what I mentioned in the previous paragraph.

I would agree with that.

Guess you need to keep an eye out for people plugging all sorts of sites.

It prolly happens a lot more than I see.

Some I let pass as it doesn't drive traffic away from here or some of the members add a lot to the site so my way of saying thanks.

Straight out spam I kill most of the time and censor the site. Hard to catch every single one but I do my best. Some help me by reporting the post. That's always a big help.

I have been using Vitalus from Abby for years. The inpro 90 is great shit! $400 bucks sounds expensive but you have to realize you are getting 50lbs. That's a shit load!

I don't have the number any more but you can get it from the web site. It's on Mountlemen(sp) rd. way behind the auto mall. The Canadian Co. is not called Vitalus but something else. I think the Canadian Vitalus in Abby is Vanderpool??? They mostly do egg stuff but they still sell the 50lbs. inpro 90. Hope it helps. If you want to split a bag pm me. I live in N. Van.
