Not sure what to make of it but it's the first video I've ever seen where he's maintaining strict form. Flying Pigs at 11.

It comes from injuries...plenty of young up and coming BB youl see throwing around some big weights...not using a belt....or doing partial reps etc....then they run into a huge ego deflating obstacle...INJURY! Now all of a sudden immortality is not all that likely anymore...career ending possibilities seem to humble even the most ego maniacal people. Young guys might think its cool and emulate it...until something lets go....then it all comes crashing down.
Perfect execution, insane intensity, and super human drive...that makes champions.

Exactly right......comes with experience and is a matter of time.

You just reminded me of something from a couple weeks ago that made me laugh. I was swiping my card at the gym front desk. I had my 4'' leather lifting belt in one hand (kinda hard to miss). The girl behind the desk commented that she had seen a few people lately with lifting belts (like it was some kind of popular fad or something). I thought about it for a second and responded: "Maybe they learned how to lift weights".

I can't see the vid without logging in. The video can only be a good thing though. Maybe now Branch can influence young lifters to not act like dickheads in the gym :).
