I feel so dumb, sitting back an reviewing my logs...
I've spent
18 months on a linear program
10 months doing DC
and 4 months doing Wendler's 531
I've gone from pretty darn weak and fat to not weak and not fat (not skinny and strong either but at least not fat and not weak).
squat 135->~400
bench 95->~250
press 75 -> ~200
dead 225 -> ~450
That's 32 Months. I figure if I keep grinding away I should be moderately strong in another 2+ years for a total of about 5 years of consistent effort.
According to the internet I can be huge and strong in anywhere between 8 and 20 weeks.
I can't believe how much time I've wasted.
