I'm cramping up at the gym when I do abs. Cramping so bad I can't even move.
My water is pretty high and so is my sodium.
I don't really want to mess with my diet by adding bananas because I'm dropping fat like crazy.
Should I buy potassium pills, or anything else I should do?

Clen has done it to me once. Bananas shouldn't mess up your diet unless your doing keto

Do NOT take potassium unless you know 100% you are deficient...potassium controls cardiac output you dont mess with it. If you are taking clen you will be deficient in Taurine...add some in as well as some magnesium....most people are magnesium deficient and this acts as a mild muscle relaxant. Also you can sip on sugar free tonic water which is a natural form of quinine.

No not taking clen, woulda mentioned it lol.
Taking ephedrine and caffiene.
Starting to get pretty lean, not sure if they are relared?
i'll try tonic water

I find when you start getting really lean, your body has less ability to hold onto water. I start cramping more frequently as a show nears - but not usually during my workouts unless I drank a lot of water that day and went a few hours without having a significant amount of sodium in the diet.

Sodium really affects me quickly in that if I go a few hours without, while holding water high, I start to shed water fast and cramping follows.
