sustanon 250 dosing

Hey guys

I just got my hands on some sustanon 250. What is the proper dosing protocol for this stuff , my buddy ran it at 250e5d . He had some sick gains. Can I run this e5d or like 160 e3d for more stable blood levels.

Another question can I run this sust for 5 weeks then switch to prop without any dramatic effects on my system ?

shoot sust EOD because of the propionate in it

With the prop in it your levels will bounce up and down unless you shoot at least eod " not that it's very noticeable"
from experience 2xWk will be fine and you won't notice any minor flux in levels.

Ok so the best would be ex. 160mg every third day or is 250 every 5th sufficient? . I broke out pretty bad post cycle and it cleared finally from my last cycle of test e at 500 a week for 20 weeks which I know was waaaay to long . This one ill run for 12 weeks max .

Can I run prop instead for the last 5 weeks?

you'll have to shoot the prop EOD, why not shoot the sust EOD too ?

Yes you can switch from sust to prop.

Something that helped with post cycle acne is tapering. Decrease you test intake the last few weeks. My last 3 weeks are 200-250mg/week.

Sustanon should be injected EOD
Prop EOD as well.
If you want to run test twice per week then use cypionate...it has the longest ester and would be optimal.

The original intent of sustenon 250 was less injection. Once or so per week. Figuring when the prop wore off the other esters Would be kicking in. But

Somehow things got changed into "it has prop" so shoot it every
Day.I've missed prop by A day or two or three for travel and such andXmever noticed Any loss of erections or muscle or strength

IMO when I have used Sust or test e I find that tend to hold more water with sust.

2X a week about 3-4 days apart each shot.
and 5 weeks sust then to prop dont make much sence to me.
