What type of CREATINE do you find that works the best for you?

I have been faithfully using ProLabs Creatine Mono for the last decade.
Cheap and effective.

I use it yr round. I take it with my post work out meal.
On cycle/Off cycle.

Anybody ever tried CEE (Creatine ethyl ester) what was your result with it?

I take Creatine-Glycerol-Phosphate

Is taking Creatine worth the cost? Do you see noticable results with it?

I think it's worth the cost. It's cheap, and I always noted increase in bodyweight, pumps, and strength.
