How do you keep going through a really tough workout?
So, how do you do it?

I can see the words but they don't make sense in that order.
What does your current program look like?

I just edited my op. I don't want help with my program, I want help getting past mental sticking points in regards to fatigue.

... Why are you having fatigue? or mental sticking points?
That's why I asked the question about your program. I could have asked if you were having problems in your personal life as well.
There reason for a "mental sticking point" in a workout is either mental or physical. Personally I don't have "mental sticking points" in a workout. Go in do the work leave. I have physical sticking points. Sometimes I have to lie on the floor till I can walk. Sometimes shit hurts and I can't lift but it's not a mental thing.
Mental sticking points speak to motivation. Overtraining, personal stress, the first 3 days of a head cold. Other than just being a pussy, the only cause that someone on a weight lifting board could help you with is a badly applied program.

Yea you have to figure out whats wrong in your head if your getting mental sticking points. a few things I can think of off the top of my head.....
Sleep more.
Eat more.
Get an Ipod with angry music on it
Get an angry training partner
Stop thinking about work.
Stop thinking about that girl, whatever one it is thats distracting you.
If your having problems keeping your head on right in the gym you really gotta figure out why and nail it down. Sometimes the above are the cause/solution, but depending on the person it could be anything.
The big one for me is when I cut down low and start to lose strength I get frustrated in the gym and that starts a vicious cycle in my head. My fix for this is to switch up my workout to something different, do some low rep stuff, and concentrate on feeling and pushing as hard as I can, not the numbers on the plates going up.

+1!
for me, I keep motivation during my workout Because I wrote everything I want to do in my workout...For example, If I wrote I'll do 10 reps at the final set, I have to do 10 reps or more! it's really difficult, but after, I'm really proud of me!
Also, I listen to some hardcore music, think about the muscle and of course, think about my goals and other things like that!..I'm just to concentrated and Just want to lift to heavy ass weight and that's a challenge, so that's a good way to be motivated!

I find the my motivation to go to the gym and kill it is there but when i get halfway im running out of gas. I think mine is related to supplements or nutrition. But for motivation i use the IPOD with a new playlist of rock, or if i got a training partner i say lets do there workout for the day so i can switch it up. Also i watch you tube vids of pros and greats in BB if i need some motivation to keep focused.

I find it's not motivation to finish a workout that I need, but motivation to start a workout. As soon as I'm in the gym, it's easy. It's just a question of getting out of bed, turning on the blender, and getting my ass out the door. I find that, like Tav, if I've got my MP3 charged up and stocked up, then Eminem or Disturbed will usually carry me through the toughest sets.

You just gotta want it. Give yourself a good reason to want it and remind yourself when it gets tough.
What I go by is like what Aaron 37 said. Once I'm at the gym motivation should never be a problem. If it is than something else is wrong (ie nutrition, sleep/recovery, injury etc...).

I completely agree with your amendment. Great rule of thumb.

Usually I can get by, but on the off days I imagine every rep slowly crushing someone who has pissed me off that day. It also helps to have good food in the am minimum, and have my water up. I find if I don't drink enough before a workout I can't get that feeling I need to push myself to the max.
