What kind of trianing do you like to do when the AAS is out of the system and your on PCT? My first thought is given you have trained like an animal for at least 14weeks on AAS, that you take it down a notch but am not sure what is best? Lighter split? DC Cruise? Full body? Standard with less intensity?

Thoughts? Experiance?

low calorie diets, 3h day HIIT cardio, and gruelling past failure heavy heavy weight workouts. Supersets and dropsets for every exercise.

LOL, jk OBVS

But from what ive gained from research and expierence is train routinly 1 body part per day but limit cardio, intensity techniques, extreme sets till failure, and drop NO supplements and stimulants to reduce adrenal fatigue.

Thanks for the help, I will tone it down for a while when on PCT. I hate cardio so that is good news, and it is very interesting advice to drop the NO, I would have never known that, that's the beauty of a community like CBB and good people wiling to share there knowledge and experiance, thanks again!.

Ya the dropping of NO and Other stims was a wise fact that Praetorian told me. Dudes a genius when it comes to keto/aas so i believe it. It made sense because he was explaining PCT is a time of maintaince and not a time to use intensity techniques and balls to the wall training and pump up prods because its a sure fire way to go catabolic and lose a lot of muscle you have worked so hard to gain.

Keep your workout brief, but keep it HEAVY. Your body has to have a reason to maintain muscle. Focus on compounds, no dallying on isolation moves. Train hard, and don't train as if you are weaker -- because you will make it reality.
I agree though, stims are for cutting when you're depleting.
