just wondering beside canfit pro are there any other organizations that offer personal training certifications in Ontario?

There's the CPTN, which is Canadian I believe but there's many from the U.S that provide courses and exams in Canada. The NSCA is quite highly recommended as are others I'm sure people here will tell you of. You could do a search for all info regarding this on the forum, there's several postings.
