Red dust?

I was at the gym earlier today, and overheard some guys talking about a supplement called Red Dust. I'm not an expert by any means, but I've never heard of such a supplement. When one asked "How can I get some?" The other replied "Oh, I know this guy. Do you want some?" Sounds pretty sketchy. Just curious if anyone can clue me in as to what they're talking about?
