windows 7 and using fire fox problem

hey fellas...so i have this laptop with windows 7 and i use firefox to browse... every once in a while the taskbar at the bottom starts flickering and disappears unless i scroll over the taskbar....anybody have the same problem?

Place cursor over task bar...right click "lock task bar"
