Weightlifting is starting to take its toll, anyone have any experience with joint pain supplements? How about Osteo Bi-Flex? BTW I havn't tried any...yet.

Supplementation can be important for joint health. Although the body can synthesize Glucosamine and Chondroitin, there are no known food sources of these compounds. The only way to increase your daily intake is through supplements.

Osteo Bi-Flex helps renew cartilage, lubricate joints and improve range of motion over time. As we age, the body is less able to renew and maintain the supportive cartilage structures surrounding joints and bones. Occasional stiffness and achiness, especially on waking, may be signs that your joints need extra supplementation. Osteo Bi-Flex can help provide your body with the valuable nutrients that lubricate and help cushion your cartilage and joints. Plus Osteo Bi-Flex is the only brand with 5-LOXIN®. Taking 5-LOXIN® shows improvement in Joint Comfort within 7 days1.

Based on the results of the National Disease and Therapeutic Index syndicated report among physicians who recommend a branded Glucosamine/Chondroitin or Glucosamine supplement, September 2009, and the results of the Pharmacy Times Survey among pharmacists who recommend a bone/joint strengthener dietary supplement, 2009. Clinically shown joint comfort within 7 days (This statement is based on a human study of 5-Loxin, using an objective measure (Biomarker analysis))! The only leading brand with the clinically studied ingredient 5-Loxin. 5-Loxin is a highly potent concentrated extract of the active ingredient AKBA from the herb Boswellia Serrate. 5-Loxin is 10 times more concentrated for the active ingredient AKBA than typical Boswellia extracts. 5-Loxin contains high concentrations of AKBA, which is an important Boswellia Acid for helping with joint flare ups.

Also, unlike many other brands, Osteo Bi-Flex® products utilize the HCl form of Glucosamine.
