I don't mind spewing once in a while, but lately it's happening too often. Any tips to avoid this?

I've been focusing on breathing right. I also have better luck when I keep the reps low.

back in the day's i used TUMS a few time to avoid puking and it did work.

Now when doing legs i use BCAA before training it seems to help me avoid that feeling alot.

Maybe avoid the three Big Macs and fries as your pre workout meal. LOL JK

thats along the lines I was thinking...too much food in your belly when doing legs can't help!

Thanks for the input guys. My cardio is horrible, so that seems like a good avenue to follow.

Cardio and diet. I was an endurance cyclist before bb'ing and I still ride a lot -- I get nauseous when going to failure, but I don't puke.

Also it's way worse with something solid and slow-moving in your gut. I always do a shake pre-workout, or oats & whey.

you can also try to relieve your bloodpressure... a few caps of Hawthrone Berry extract and some CoQ10 pre workout make a world of difference for me headache/blurry vision - wise

For me i find on leg day it has to do with the timing and foods eaten in the preworkout meal. I find for such a demanding bodypart like legs and maybe back i eat my last meal prior to training AT LEAST 90 mins before. For smaller bodyparts usually a minimum of 45. But for legs i wait even longer so im not digesting a tonne in my stomach while training leading to nausea and puking. Also i drink a tonne of water to aid in pump and stay hydrated say (1.5L / h minimum)
