hey guys just asking if my endurance level with get better with out dieting, iam training for football and i need to keep my size right now iam 5'8 5'9 ish 230-240lbs in that range.
I do my normal 3 -4 tims a week running, sprinting, intervial training, hills, stairs, and then i work out 3 times a week,

eat more and make sure your heart rate is high enough.
dude, you're a beast at that size for your height. just keep your carbs moderately high and you shouldnt lose weight / size with a decent amount of cardio.

Yep - it's perfectly possible to be cardiovascularly healthy and "big." Vakker has it right. Eat big, run big, and lift big.

fewww thanks i thought i was going crazy but maybe it is the differance from being an ontario boy( where i used to play ball and run ) to living on the west side of calgary,
And while iam on this stuff, can you get cramps from not drinking enough water? I dont eat alot of drinking alot of water on my running days and i get bad cramps in my side, any suggestions iam taking greens every morning now

Big a is playing in Las Vegas for Team Canada football, He is a beast, cant wait until hes done this stint and gets ready to compete...
As far as the stitches in your side and doing your high intensity cardio, i got nothing.....Maybe just needs more time to get accustomed....Some fellas on here can help im sure!!!

For the cramps try drinking lots of water and having enough electrolytes, just drink gatorade.

Agreed, my three go-to's for cramp issues are the following:
1) Sufficient fluids
2) Sufficient sleep/rest
3) Sufficient electrolytes. Start eating lots of frozen trout, it packs a huge potassium punch - at almost 500mg per fillet!

with all the sweating your doing, add some iodine to your diet as well as potassium. Also deeper breathing while you run makes life a lot easier.

You do not need to diet to improve cardiovascular efficiency...one name comes to mind...Big Country Nelson!

with all the sweating your doing, add some iodine to your diet as well as potassium. Also deeper breathing while you run makes life a lot easier.
The only time ive evr seen him sweat was in the gym......@ work.....nuthin!!!!
