So are we allowed to give real honest feedback on service from board sponsers or will we be tarred and feathered if we say anything negative?

I would say yes, definitely, it gives the sponsors an opportunity to improve their product or service, if we cant be honest, there is no point in having a board with sponsors, ...They do have a supplement review section, as well as a couple of us have posted asking for feedback on our sponsors companies to help us with continuous improvements, just be sure its accurate info and no bs, and i believe it should happen personally.....I give any negative feedback to DC when i spot it.......It does help...

Ok, well the issue I have is in regards to processing time. It's not a major deal, just more of an annoyance. I placed an order on Tuesday, and it just shipped out today. So 2 days just to process the order. I've ordered before from the same place and it was the same thing. I ended up running out of Protein powder because it took longer than I was expecting to come in so I had to get some at the most convenient place at the time which was Walmart.
This inconvenience played a part in me deciding not to order from them again until just recently. But I couldn't resist their price on Isolate. But now it looks as though I'm going to run out of protein again before my order comes in.:(
It's too bad they couldn't speed up their processing time and ship orders quicker, If they could, I would always order from them.
The place I usually get my supps from ships out same or next day, and I receive my products within 3-4 business days of placing the order.

I have had the same experiences with a few of them. I dont expect next day service but I get it from the larger suppliers, so I guess I'd like it from the small guys in order to compete for my dollar.

I contacted a few of them at the beginning of the week and have yet to hear back from them. Maybe best to contact them directly at their customer service number or email. They might have someone filling in if they are on vacation.

I just don't understand why some people leave it to the last second to make an order. I usually order 2-3 weeks in advance because anything can happen to delay that shipment. As long as the product is good and the price is right I will continue to order from the same company.

i was thinking the same thing. why wait and try to time it so u run out on the same day as your new stock comes in?
i know where the supplier migh be coming from though, as a 1 man show that runs 3 business's sometimes my life gets in the way of packing orders. i always try my best to send next business day, but hey unexpected things happen. especially during the summer.

Does the sponsor in question have it on their site the time frame the goods will be shipped?

From their shipping policy:
"Orders placed before 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped next business day. "

Ok.
It's too bad they didn't have a Canada Post next door to them instead of a UPS. Would have surely been easy to get the orders out fast. I'll lock the thread now as I saw the post where you pointed it out to them and I'm confident they'll be able to resolve it.

Oh for future reference on these matters for those that will read this thread.
Please follow these steps if you are unsatisfied with a sponsor so we can all say everyone was treated fair.
1 - Take it up with the sponsor first (in private preferably)
2 - If you can't resolve it that way, take it up with me in private.
3 - If issue doesn't get resolved, take it up on the board.
There are so many variables that can cause something to go wrong but how it gets resolved is important.
That way we can all say everyone had a fair shake in resolving the issue and no one is attacking anyone or censoring a customer. It takes a long time to build a business name and reputation. This particular issue seems on the up and up but there can be competing businesses that will try to ruin another business name and this is what I am trying to avoid.

Oh and I'll reopen the thread for comments on how I propose to handle the problems with sponsors and clients in the future. If someone has a better solution, please do post up.

Not to slam anyone, but why wait until you use your last 2 scoops before deciding to place an order and how can we blame the supplier for that?
If your using product "A" 2-3X's/day and you have 60 servings per tub, maybe you should have a few tubs on hand? When 1 tub is gone, place the order for more. The supplier may be out of stock and not updated their website, or busy with the volume of orders, which will postpone your order.

Your right, it's not the suppliers fault if I wait until I run out before I place an order. But it is their fault if they don't abide by their own shipping policy.
Again,
From their shipping policy:
"Orders placed before 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped next business day. "
My order was placed before 5pm so it should have shipped the same day.
