Hey everyone, it's been a little while since I've posted but...

Over the past month I began to diet again a bit to lose some body fat. At the beginning I was 207, bloated and felt like crap. I basically have dropped my carbs down to a serving (30-50g) per meal, 40-50g protein and about 20g fat per day. Taking a bit of clen and test I'm down to 190 in the morning. I feel great and have lost a ton of water body fat. Comparable to keto, I find I like this a LOT better. More variety in foods, vegetable, fruits. I look much fuller and more defined than with my contest prep on keto. I havnt done any cardio yet either and I'm hoping i won't have to. I want to lose about 5 more pounds of fat and do a photoshoot. Just thought I'd chime in on a new approach to dietting for me.

Cheers, and I'll post up a pic in the near future.

6 meals a day, 15-20g fat per day. Very little in each meal. I'm really not being too strict just keeping Away from sugar. In each meal I'll have either chicken, tuna, haddock, or protein powder. For carbs basically oats, brown rice, vector cereal (addicted), blueberries, strawberries, not really too many greens. I'm not training for contest prep right now so I'm not really killing myself. I'll have a glass or two of diet pop if I'm craving something bad. I've had a couple cheat nights of basically big bowls of vector cereal (like unsaid I'm addicted lol)

During my last prep I had to lean on diet Root Beer and Cream Soda to get through some of my cravings. Whatever works eh?

There's hardly anything in them but aspertame. They definately get me through some rough hours of the day when I'm craving something. Diet redbull before my workouts aswell helped. This will definately help me with my prep for next year knowing how my body works with carbs this time!
