Hi All. I have been weight training since I've been in high school, but only got really serious about it about two years ago. Since that time I have competed in two IDFA shows, the most recent being the International Championships on July 17th. I am considering entering 1 or two more at the end of the year. Hopefully I'll be able to bounce some ideas of all of you.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. And I guess being a twirp is better than being a dweeb, lol.

In my two shows with the IDFA I have placed 4th and 5th in the Novice Heavyweight Class. I'm toying with doing their Ottawa Classic in Oct.
