Howdy, im from Alberta also..What part are you from, north, or south??
There is the southerns in the spring, and Northerns in spring, the provincials in mid to end of june, muscle beach fall classic, in you guessed it, the fall...Etc.....The muscle beach, and northern/southerns are qualifiers for the Provincials....Google abba bodybuilding, they have a website...
