I agree with vakker. Tell us what it is, how many mg and show us the studies that prove it works.

I have read most of the studies on insulin resistance and the only gda that works is r-ala and chromium in chromium deficient people (does nothing in normal people), vanadyl is shit...

What else you got?

alot seem to like it some seem to not like it. I dont know what else to say.
it seemed to help me trip upa and staymore dense a bit more then normaly would be .
I also liked a bit more: Need2slin
Supplement facts:
2 caps per serving 60 servings per container.
1.) 450mg gymnema sylvestre, a whopping 75 percent gymnemic acids!!
2.) 250mg Acetyl L-carnatine
3.) 200mg NaR-ALA
4.) 200mg L-norvaline
5.) 90mg Coleus forskholi, 20 percent forskolin.
6.) 30mg synephrine HCI
7.) 18mg Banaba leaf.

not gonna just say slin is better as i recently used thiw one and liked it as well.
