hey bros im in week 3 of my cycle of test-e at 500mg/wk I ended up getting the flu this week so I wasnt going to go to the gym on monday but convinced myself otherwise and holy shit what a work out the test has finally kicked in.....also im already up to 210lbs from 198 and about a 25% strength increase my bf% is droping but there is a little bloat starting to set in I have nolva on hand but others are telling me to use A I F M, I just want to know if the nolva will be ok or should I get aifm(if so where can I get this stuff in canada):D

AIFM is a scam........ its just pushed on EF because one of there sponsers (Ulter) sells it, there was an article posted on SSB about the science behind it so I'll see if I can find it for you. Use A-dex of Aromasin to combat bloat, some use Letro but I find it to harsh.

On a side note.

There is no way in hell I would ever use another transdermal ever again. Actually let me refrase that....

Do not worry about the bloat and have AIs on hand if you need them. At a 500 mg/week dose you should not have to worry about gyno and bloat has it's benefits. My opinion anyways.

Could someone give me the low down on test flu? does it really exist? is it a flu like any other flu? once u have it can u get it again? just curious

it is real, gives you flu like symptons, and yes you can get and keep for awhile or it can go away

\"Test Flu\" is usually a reaction from the alcohol used in IM preparations. Some people are more sensitive to BA (Benzyl Alcohol) then others. Usually your body becomes accustom to the alcohol and you no longer feel the flu like symptoms.
