View Full Version : Is t3 needed when using tren to cut?

I hear tren lowers your thyroid function, and I want to run a cutting cycle after finding out my previous test was bunk. Plan is to cut down so I can start bulking with a relatively lean frame and also reducing estrogen sides, as I want to reduce my usage of AI's.
Weeks 1-8 test prop 100mg EOD
Weeks 1-8 tren acetate 75mg EOD
Weeks 4-8 masteron prop 100mg EOD
Weeks 1-8 Clen 100mcg
Weeks 1-8 ketotifen 1.5mg ED
Is t3 needed to run at least a replacement dose, or I should still see fat loss throughout the whole cycle with my metabolism functioning well?
Current stats are 198 lbs, 5"10, 15% bodyfat. Goal is to lose 10-15lbs fat and gain 3-4lbs of muscle; is that possible with tren due to the nutrient partitioning? This of course would be first time with tren; shall I remove the clen and test/tren should be more than enough to meet my goals within 8 weeks?

tren makes me feel heated most of the time anyways, and lean and hard too, wouldn't even think of adding t3 to the mix, I wouldn't even add clen to the mix either, tren is strong stuff

By the way..tren does NOT burn fat..just an FYI. T3 and clen can be used in conjuction with tren without issue...and are the majority of the time on most precontest cycles.

so what's all this talk about people claiming it does? Is there anything related with tren that people are leaning down while gaining muscle?

I'll defer to your experience as I was never a competitor, but for me tren with a little test was the leanest I've ever been, even my lower abs the fat came off

They see results based on the amount of muscle they gained which in turn requires energy to keep which will be scavenged from the energy storage sites in your body aka fat.

AAS do not burn body fat...they provide an enhanced high androgen environment which allows the body to efficiently oxidize fat stores period.
The cosmetic effect that people see when using non aromatizing androgens (winstrol, halo, masteron, tren, anavar etc) leads them to incorrectly believe that they are leaner via the aas burning fat when in essence it is a cosmetic hardening that they are witness to. Yes the body will ultimately burn fat while using these compounds if th diet is correct and cardio is utilized...but that is the overall effect which is not directly related to the aas usage.

its not NEEDED but tren will lower thyroid levels over time (a few weeks you may start to notice lathergy) I rec T3 with tren use wethe rits a cut or not.
but only in a low dose of 12.5-25mcg ed for the duration of cycle.
also helps keep prog levels downa bit.
I also use e-911 to help with energy.
I usualyl keep on hand near the end of tren cycle since by around wk6 or so i start to feel a bit more lazy, it helps out with my energy.
I dotn liek to go high on t3 because I WORK HARD for my muscle.

All aas can affect thyroid levels...it is not specific to tren. However it is NOT so significant that exogenous thyroid is required.
