Hey guys/gals. Been offseason dieting and training now since my last show in mid june (ontarios). Training very intense now and trying to get in much more quality food. At first everthing was excellent with the gains and getting the food down. Now i am having a very very hard time eating. I have all the tools and knowledge but i feel so full that i cant even look at food. For example i had 1 cup oats for breakfest and now at 5pm im still trying to get an appetite so i can eat some ground beef, and oats i have now. Even post workout i cant drink my protein shake because i will definitly throw up. Any ideas what i can do to increase appetite. I am on pct (hcg, nolva, arim) but i dont usually have a problem with eating ever.

Change your food types up, it gets boring enough eating clean for prep......Also, your body is just saying beat it dude, for awhile.....I would take the time to eat when hungry for awhile, do a bit of cardio post workout for 20 minutes or so to assist your metabolism.....I would say the arimidex, and nolva probably arent helping your cause right now, i bet it all comes together once you stop the pct supps.....

have you had bloodwork done recently?
i would get your liver enzymes checked asap.

Would that make sense to do while he still has PCT chems in his system? After all they do effect the liver themselves do they not?

Also Tav have you considered aromasin rather than adex for pct?

Good point......I also wanted to add quickly that i believe you are taking to many pre, post work powders etc....They can wreak havoc on your body if taken in large quantities for an extended period of time.....Also kill the appetite...Just my opinion bro, sometimes pct is a good time to do some light creatine and let everything normalize for awhile....

IW is correct...PCT is a time to normalize and should be a deload phase. You dont necessarily have to go really light...just back off slightly, dont train to failure...avoid getting a "psyche" so to speak. Once PCT is complete..try doing short but higher intensity cardio...ie 15-20 min on the gauntlet...that will raise heart rate significantly and boost your appetite. Also watch the fat content of each meal...if it is too high youll feel full for a long time.
Get blood work done after PCT...if there were significant liver issues you would be seeing jaundice.

hey hasn't it been stoopidly hot and humid in ont lately? When the humidex reading is 38 the last thing I want to do is tuck into meal after meal. Give your bod a break like iw sez.

bigtav, i just went through kinda the same thing i'm not on pct but had the same problem.
I pretty much did IW posted, i ate whenever I was hungry didnt force anything down. stop sll my post pre-workout supplements and i switched up all my food, just ate regular food like sandwiches and shit like that. did it for a week.
so thsat seemed to help, then i started doing 20 mins cardio after my workouts and thats when i felt my hunger kick in again.

Thanks bros all great responses. Im going to let my body take a break from supplements pre and post workout for a bit, and basicly give my body a time to break a bit. Maybe im slightly overtraining right now considering im on pct and still training to hard. Cardio def helps i will try that post workout to see if i can make myself a bit more hungry!

I also find that for myself once I hit a certain weight when "bulking" my body starts to reject all the food and added size. Its almost as if my body is telling me that getting any bigger is not necessary. lol Take a break imo. Maybe even take 2 weeks to drop 5lbs on the scale.
