would 2iu a day in the morning be best for fat loss ?

she is currently experimenting with LipoEx & Burn thermogenics...diet is not that bad but not perfect. considering throwing some T3's in as well.

As far as gh for women, 1 iu if good gh will enhance the fat burning.....Especially if she is a coug, over 30....lol...
But yeah Gh isnt a bad addition.....

basically means she eats decent but not as well as she should...she enjoys going out to eat at many different places and everyone prepares their food differently. She aint eating big macs all day if thats what you mean.

so would 2iu be too much? how long does it take to see results ? ..and yes, over 30....it would probably be that canadian brand you hear about occasionally.

:cflag

if only we could get away with 1-2 iu....a kit would last like 50days + for her...for us a little over a week. damn.
thats why i have never tried it : (

I only use 2 ius /day when i do use it, with good results as far as fat loss maintenance, i can eat whatever when on it and love the feeling of well being i get from it also when running........Well pretty much....I dont have direct experience with a woman on gh, but i have spoke to a number of ladies in the know and they found good results at 1 iu/day.......

My concern with that is the bactostatic water used with it,,, as to when it starts to downgrade, thats if 1ius is used each day.

Ya..I think if you use the entire 10ius in 10 days you should be fine... for some reason I thought bactowater was good for allot less days.... but it could be a good 14 days I think or longer.

i dont know her goals but it seems like shes using all these products as a crutch, because she doesn't have a very good diet.
if your going to spend a good amount of money on hgh etc.. why not get a meal plan so you can maximize your results.

just my opinion.

i wont disagree that her diet could be much better as well as her excersise program. too many women want results right away and think there is a magic pill out there.

so due to this thread have we determined that 1iu/day is enough for a chick to notice improvement in fat loss on a decent diet and exercise? And Bac water DOES last at least 10 days right?

Mr Ontario

Pretty sure the bacto water last longer then the 10 days..

If you refrigerate the whole kit UNMIXED in powder form how long do you have to use it?

Praetorian
22-01-2011, 08:21 PM
Women should start with .5iu per day and slowly work their way up if necessary. Maximum dosage would be 2iu split over two or more injections. There is nothing wrong with bac water....it will be fine for 20 days easy. If you keep the hgh powder unmixed and in the fridge it will be fine for a few months.
The longer it sits it will gradually lose potency but it doesnt go bad.

why start with .5? Is it body weight dependent or strictly sex dose dependent? I have a female friend who is asking.

Because women are much more sensitive to HGH than men...the same as aas. A woman starting at 2iu per day would be similar to a man starting at 8-10 iu per day...not good as the sides would be very high. Also women will retain water on any dose of GH where men will not retain much at 4iu and under.

i thought hgh for women had the opposite effect as aas. I read some research suggesting a dose at say 2iu would do more for a man then a woman.

which made me think, there isnt much point for either gender in terms of muscle building. (that is for 99% of the population - who don't need to ever get to the next 'level' - especially when you consider cost)

Unfortunately what you read is incorrect...women are much more sensitive to most drugs including HGH and aas. Men need a higher dose of HGH to get the same effect woman would get on less then half that. The majority of those using HGH are NOT trying to get to the next level...they are only looking to lose a bit of fat, look and feel younger, and reap the health benefits. Only a very small portion are trying to get to the next level.

I watched a show with a woman who has a condition where here body produces really high levels of GH. The weird thing with her is that she actually grew taller even though she had finished puberty when her growth started. She went from 5' 11'' 115lbs at age 20 to 6' 6'' 480lbs at age 30. I found an article about it. Not that it has much to do with this thread, just thought it was interesting:

she could make a mean defensive tackle in the NFL

I think she has a lot of mobility problems but otherwise she sure could! Although everything would have to be custom made for her. I felt bad for her when I watched the show. The guy who made her a ring had never made one that big, same with shoes (really wide) etc...

Yeah, exactly. Her tumor was the size of a grapefruit before they operated, then it grew back. For a long time they couldn't control her GH levels with medication although apparently they can now: "December 12, 2010 HEADLINE NEWS!
For the first time in eight (8) years, Tanya's Growth Hormone level is 214,
which is in the NORMAL range of 64-334!"

I looked at that article...I actually saw it before. I laughed when they said 5'11 115 pounds. in that picture she is likely 5'11 and something like 170.

At 5'11 115, she would make some supermodels look fat.
