Lisa Giesbrecht won the heavy weight and women's overall.

i like this lady's look! she impressed me ar nationals last year. She used to be a figures competitor, but went back to BB... I saw some pics online already, and I hope she was just using this as a pre run for Nationals... Not as tight as last year, and not any noticeable size increase... but still one of my favorite "shapes" for a bodybuilder...

i agree with u there. he has done well for a 100% natty. he knows his body pretty well. surprised someone even the judges havent told him he needs alot more hamstrings and bigger quads to play with the big boys.

I agree. with Ritchi, I love the flow of his upper body. One year training under me and I would guarantee him coming in with some wicked legs for next year and clean house.

If you look at Rams pictures from the SWFC just last November and now, you can see dramatic improvements in leg size and cuts. He busted his ass too.

I would like to talk about my friend, trainer, workout partner and diet specialist Jeremy Miskinis.
I first met Jeremy at the World Police and Fire Games bodybuilding show in July 2009. I was fresh, nervous and terrified. However, I was able to place 4th at the event.
In Aug 2009, Jeremy indirectly helped me through our friend Scott Dyck place 1st at the Sandra Wickham Fall Classic in Nov 2009. And the funny thing was, he never saw me until the day of the contest! In January 2010, Jeremy took me on as a client and I never stopped learning. Jeremy taught me my goal for future bodybuilding shows, win or lose, is to show up more knowledgeable and in better shape than the previous show, the aspect of improving yourself and continuous learning these are the key ingredients that make a well rounded bodybuilder. In May2010, my wife gave birth to my 2nd daughter, Kaelyn and a week later my mom went in for a quadruple heart bypass surgery. Talk about highs and lows. I was honestly going to pull out of the BC's, but Jeremy took the art of bodybuilding and still sculpted a champion, sounds cliche but it's true. At the 2010 BC Provincials, I was able to defeat 11 other top athletes in the Light-Heavy Weight division and went on to win the Overall title. And for this I am forever grateful. I would have never imagined for a second that I would be on stage with the best amateur bodybuilders in Canada with a little over a year in the sport and with 3 shows under my belt. I have total respect for Jeremy. Without a doubt, he to me is a Charles Glass or Hany Rambod. I say this because Jeremy is an intelligent and patient trainer and a freak in the gym. In closing, I just wanted to thank Jeremy for providing me the opportunity of having the most memorable night my life and a night my friends and family would never forget. My mom attended the evening show and my Kaelyn was at pre-judging.

he hasnt competed in kelowna in over 2 years. he went to the wbff last year and won easily. but left that organization cause a friend of his lost the overall title due to politics. at least this was his reasoning. he did a interview for reflex or status magazine thats on youtube that explains this.

maybe he isnt natural. only he really knows, but if you watch the link to the light heavy weighst posing routines, he sure as hell has something wrong with his right tit. looks like gyno to me.

She should be solid contender at Nationals considering the judges seem to be moving to the more feminine BB physique. The GM winner Nancy Kelford gave her a good run in the open heavies and surprised many seated in my area considering she is pretty new on the scene ...my research shows that this is only her second show after qualifying last fall at SWFC...does anybody know for sure.

This was Nancy's third show...Empire Classic Apr 09, SWFC Nov 09 and 2010 Provincials. She is going to sit tight until 2011 and then return to Provincials to re-qualify as HW and then hit Nationals ...she and I (spouse/coach) considered Nationals this year but she was so focused on Provincials that she was exhausted by show time so we'll shut her down for a bit and ramp her up again to come back bigger and better next year... we'll take critiques from anyone that saw show or footage...we just wanna get better!!

Also Nancy is a grand masters competitor, a very cool lady we had her and her hubby over Sunday for a bbq. The woman deadlifts 3 plates a side for reps!!!
